Pre Season continues with Spennymoor Town

On the back on Thursday’s win against Redcar Town Ladies in the opening pre season game of the summer, Chris Burton will get a second look at his side in 4 days as they welcome Spennymoor Town to Station Road this Sunday (23rd July 2023).

Spennymoor were promoted to the NERWFL Premier Division after finishing second in the Northern Division and gaining promotion. Billy Shackleton’s side have added a number of signings to their ranks as they head into Tier 5 for the first time, including former Norton regular Shannon Reed.

The game provides the first opportunity for fans to return to Station Road and see the side in action. Entry to the game is £3 for Adults and £1 for Under 18s. Kick off for this fixture is at an earlier time of 10:30am
