Club Welcomes Promising Talent Liv Little as Third Summer Signing

We are ecstatic to welcome one of the best youth talents in the area to the club as we introduce Liv Little as our third signing of the summer.

Despite her young age, Liv has had plenty of success so far in her short playing career. She started playing football at U9s in 2015 when she joined Leven AFC Girls, playing a year up as she was only 7. It wasn’t long until the performances attracted attention from pathway setups and in 2019 Little made the move to Durham RTC.

Liv has spent 5 successful year at Durham and during her time she’s gone on to captain the U14s and the U16s. This season was very rewarding as she captained the U16s Academy side to The FA Women’s Professional Game Academy Plate title when her Durham side beat Brighton & Hove Albion U16s on penalties in the final at Loughborough University.

In addition to her club football, Liv has played representative school football for Cleveland Schools FA at U16s. In her first season she helped her squad reach the Northern Counties Schools FA final where they faced a narrow defeat. This season Liv was given the armband and captained the side who reached the semi final before losing to strong opposition from Lancashire. Little was part of her Egglescliffe School side who won the Cleveland SFA County Cup Final, topping off a very good year at U16s.

Liv has had an impressive start to her senior career as she has impressed during preseason. We look forward to supporting her in the transition from junior football into the senior game.
